Suddenlink Harnesses New Technology for Door-to-Door Sales Efficiency

Realtime Results developed revolutionary door-to-door software for the cable company

Another noteworthy feature of the software includes GPS tracking capabilities. Suddenlink can verify the activities of its sales force and where that activity occurs. This reporting enables accurate field management and arms Suddenlink with fraud prevention tools. The GPS tracking also helps efficiency standards because it can optimize route assignments, so the sales force can get to their next lead quicker.
